Lightspeed LA, a brand new game development studio under Tencent’s Lightspeed & Quantum Studio group, has signed an agreement with the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) to implement AI protection mechanisms for his or her upcoming games.
The agreement reached today following negotiations between representatives of Lightspeed LA and SAG-AFTRA allows Lightspeed to make use of and hire union actors for performances in Lightspeed's games in development and future games.
