How we did our work
My colleagues and I worked with 40 design students and divided them into two groups.
One group used AI to design urban furniture reminiscent of benches and seats for public spaces, while the opposite group didn’t use AI. The KI tool created pictures of the design ideas of the primary group from easy text descriptions. Both groups refined their ideas by outlining either by hand or with design software.
