Spotify's AI playlist goes out to Asia and more markets

Spotify announced On Thursday that it expanded the provision of its AI playlist function to greater than 40 additional markets, including countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.

The AI-operated tool, which is currently based in Beta on Android and iOS devices in beta and iOS devices based on written requests reminiscent of “workout music to make my ex jealous”. The Ki from Spotify then curates a collection of songs that correspond to this fearful mood. Entry requests can include a wide range of things reminiscent of various genres, a long time, animals, colours, emojis and film figures.

In April 2024, Spotify began the function for premium users in Great Britain and Australia. It was rolled into the USA, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand about five months later.

With this expansion, the entire variety of markets that provide the tool reaches almost 50. Some of the brand new countries are Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Fidan, Ghana, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabschweld, including the Zimbabil.
