The State Bar of California admitted that 23 questions from the bar test in February 2025 were created with artificial intelligence and never by lawyers.
The bar now says that it’s going to request the Supreme Court of California Adjust the values after the test was also affected by technical meltdown.

The counter response
Right -wing educators are outraged.
“The questions designed by non-Lawyers with artificial intelligence with artists is solely incredible,” said Mary Basick, Deputy Dean at UC Irvine Law.
