The top payment giants worldwide are large on AI. This week, Visa and Mastercard revealed vital initiatives with which AI agents can shop, make decisions and complete purchases of their name. A giant leap into the so -called Agentic Commerce.
This is greater than a tech upgrade. It is a radical shift of how consumers interact with the web marketplace. Instead of browsing or adding items in your shopping cart, Ai will soon do every thing from the search to payment, based in your preferences.
Visas game

Just a day earlier Mastercard Start Agent Pay, A tool with which generative AI agents could make purchases directly within the discussion. Imagine you chat with a AI stylist who knows your size, style and event, and buy the proper outfit for you.
“She can now chat with a AI agent to pronounce a collection of outfits … and do the acquisition,” said Mastercard and described a scenario for the thirtieth birthday planning.
Mastercard works with Microsoft, IBM, Braintre and Checkout.com to scale these agent experiences in all industries.
