The Nvidia and the Foxconn Hon Hai Technology Group announced today that they deepen their long-term partnership and work with the federal government of Taiwan to construct an AI factory supercomputer that may deliver the state-of-the-art style of technology Nvidia Blackwell Infrastructure for researchers, startups and industries.
Foxconn will provide the AI infrastructure through its subsidiary Large innovation company than on Nvidia Cloud Partner. With 10,000 Nvidia Blackwell GPUS, the AI factory will significantly expand the provision of AI Computing and the fuel innovation for Taiwanese researchers and corporations.
The Taiwan National Science and Technology Council will use the big innovation company Supercomputer to offer AI Cloud Computing resources for Taiwan technology -ecosystem and to speed up AI development and acceptance within the areas.
TSMC researchers plan to make use of the system to advertise its research and development with a faster performance in comparison with systems of the previous generation.
“AI has lit a brand new industrial revolution – science and industry are modified,” said Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia in a keynote lecture at Computex 2025 in Taiwan. “We are very completely happy to work with Foxconn and Taiwan to construct the AI infrastructure in Taiwan and support TSMC and other leading firms to advertise innovation within the age of AI and robotics.”
“Foxconn builds technology that underpins modern life, and now we’re constructing computer infrastructure to scale the subsequent generation of breakthroughs throughout Taiwan,” said Young Liu, chairman and CEO of Foxconn. “By constructing this AI factory with NVIDIA and TSMC, we lay the fundamentals for the connection of individuals in Taiwan in addition to government organizations and corporations akin to TSMC to speed up innovations and strengthening industries.”
“At TSMC, innovation is the main focus of every part we do. By using the advanced AI infrastructure, we enable our researchers to speed up breakthroughs in semiconductor technology and enable the subsequent generation solutions for our customers and the world,” said CC Wei, Chairman and CEO of TSMC. “The use of this AI factory increases our commitment to cross the boundaries of AI-controlled innovations.”
“Our plan is to create a AI-focused industrial ecosystem in South Taiwan,” said Minister Wu Cheng-Wen from the National Science and Technology Council. “We concentrate on investing in revolutionary research, developing a powerful AI industry and promoting the every day use of AI tools. Our ultimate goal is to create an intelligent AI island with intelligent cities, and we look ahead to working with Nvidia and Hon Hai to make this vision reality.”
Foxconn drives regional technological innovation as a Nvidia Cloud partner
The BIG Innovation Cloud Ai Factory will contain Nvidia Blackwell Ultra Systems, including the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 Rack scale solution Nvidia nvlinkPresent Nvidia as infiniband And Nvidia Spectrum-X Ethernet network.
Big Innovation Cloud is not going to only be an Nvidia Cloud partner, but in addition plans to take part in the Nvidia DGX Cloud Lepton Marketplace, announced individually today. This offers a wide selection of firms – from startups and research institutions to established industry leaders – quick access to advanced GPU resources, which further accelerates AI development and use in Taiwan. It is predicted that the system also provides computers to work from startups and developers through the Nvidia inception Program and the Nvidia Deep Learning Institute.
Foxconn will use the AI Supercomputer of the Great Innovation company to speed up the automation and efficiency of its three core columns – intelligent cities, electric vehicles and the production – with which vision, industries, residents and government organizations to speed up growth with AI.
For intelligent cities, the AI factory will help optimize networked transport systems and other civil resources to enhance the standard of life for people in Taiwan. For intelligent electric vehicles, the infrastructure enables advanced driver assistant systems and security. In production, AI-controlled analyzes, automation and digital twin technologies will optimize the processes and speed product.
