What is the long run of AI?

The way forward for AI is incredibly exciting and filled with potential. We will likely see AI integrated into every aspect of our lives, from healthcare to transportation to finance to entertainment. As AI continues to advance, we are able to expect breakthroughs in areas comparable to natural language processing, computer vision, and robotics. However, it’s crucial to develop AI responsibly, considering ethical implications and ensuring that it advantages all of humanity.

What's the good application of AI you've seen up to now?

One of the good applications of AI I've ever seen is healthcare. AI-powered tools are used to research medical images, detect diseases early and develop personalized treatment plans. This has the potential to revolutionize healthcare and save countless lives.

What excites you most concerning the potential of AI within the MENA region and the way do you envision its impact on the local industry?

The MENA region has enormous potential to leverage AI to handle its unique challenges and opportunities. I’m particularly excited concerning the potential of AI in areas comparable to healthcare, agriculture and education. AI will help increase access to quality healthcare, increase agricultural productivity, and improve educational outcomes.

What do you envision for the long run of human-machine collaboration?

I imagine a future during which people and machines work together seamlessly and expand one another's capabilities. AI will take over repetitive and mundane tasks while humans will give attention to creativity, problem solving and strategic considering. This collaboration will result in greater productivity, innovation and human well-being.

Who do you admire most on this planet of AI by way of their work?

I like the work of Geoffrey Hinton and Yann LeCun. Her contributions to the sector of AI have been groundbreaking and have inspired countless others.

If you might solve one global problem on this planet with AI, what wouldn’t it be and why?
